Our law firm is the longest standing established law firm in Polk County. The firm began as Gammon & Anderson and was founded in 1970 by Wayne W. Gammon and Joseph N. Anderson. Our full-time attorneys include W. Wright Gammon, Jr., Brad J. McFall and Bryan C. Villarreal, and we are now known as Gammon, Anderson & McFall.
Throughout our long history, our attorneys have been well-respected in Cedartown and throughout northwest Georgia. In addition to the practice of law for private clients, our lawyers also represent Polk County and hold various leadership positions in the community. W. Wright Gammon, Jr. is a member of the Investigatory Panel for the State Bar of Georgia and Brad J. McFall is a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, and also serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Cedartown.
